Installation tips:
For mercedes benz w211 with fiber optic amplifier in the trunk: You should use our 6m long power cable B5 to connect speakers directly in the trunk, just run the long cable B5 from the back of the w211 navigation DVD unit to the rear plug which is connected with amplfier and speakers under the trunk, so you need to unplug the existing amplifier with speakers, and then plug the other end of the long cable with speakers and by-pass the existing amplfier. i was wondering will the cd changer still work with this unit

The look, fit and functionality of this unit are simply terrific. The GPS NAV is the best I have used. My favorite part of the transaction has been the customer service. I had a few questions, and I got actual answers in a very short time via email, and I was good to go. I had the unit installed by a professional, and I am very happy with my new state-of-the-art upgraded stereo NAV DVD CD Bluetooth Phone unit in my older MB!
The unit did not include a schematic diagram, which would be my only suggestion for improvement. I love this thing!

Can it possibly work on a 1998 clk320. It has a single din a tray below if removed would seem to allow for a double din bot quite sure about depth.

Hi, i have mercedes class E 350 4 matic... I want to know if i need more stuff for this dvd player to work in my car, because mine does'nt have bleuthoot or navigator... Should i have to buy another things to make your dvdplayer work... Thank you for your help.??

Q: I own a 2005 e320 base. Do you replace the head unit in the center dash and that is it? What happens to the old drive unit in the back with the dvd? Also you say a gps antenna is included, where do you mount that? Jeff

A: This Mercedes Benz W211 navigation dvd replaces the factory radio/cd in the dash, your old drive unit in the back will not work anymore. GPS antenna can be put at top corner of the dashboard. If your car has fiber optic amp, you will need to run our 6m long cable B5 to connect your 4 car door speakers directly in the trunk and by pass the fiber optic amp.
